  • The base pay range reasonable expected to be paid for this position is $69,971 to $112,000. Eligible for annual bonus and annual merit increase. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities.
     
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Deliver key supply chain metrics & systems (case fill, OTIF, damage, mis-ships, etc.) 
  • Identify root cause & countermeasures for any gaps in supply chain results 
  • Establish continuous improvement processes and culture to ensure high quality & flexibility in supply chain 
  • Oversee daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping 
  • Manage finished goods inventory onsite and offsite warehouse locations  
  • Manage warehouse supplies and consumables, such as corner boards, slip sheets, air bags, etc. 
  • Maintain and improve warehouse layout for maximum efficiency, food safety, and picking. 
  • Conduct accurate inventory counts and audits of finished goods 
  • Direct and manage all inbound and outbound finished goods activities, including coordination with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and domestic & international carriers 
  • Oversee import and export documentation, ensuring full compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and other relevant regulatory agencies 
  • Warehouse point of contact for NetSuite (NetSuite expert for WMS) 
  • Performs testing in sandbox for NetSuite upgrades 
  • Manage warehouse team by providing performance expectations and consistent feedback 
  • Own the performance review process & progressive discipline process for warehouse technicians 
  • Ensures 100% completion of all Safety and Quality trainings and employee engagement in the BOS program 
  • Leads team meetings to cascade critical information to team members 
  • Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Finance, Production, and Sales to ensure alignment of supply chain objectives with overall business goals 
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned 

QUALIFICATIONS 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred., and 5 years’ experience preferred in Supply Chain Management / Logistics Planning / Operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience 

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES 
  • Previous experience and mastery of Supply Chain work processes 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with demonstrated success in managing and developing teams 
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Past examples in delivering continuous improvement in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Supply Chain 
  • Ability to be flexible in changing business needs and willingness to work a flexible schedule that most effectively supports the organization 
  • Experience with ERP system and inventory management tools; NetSuite Warehouse Management Systems highly preferred
