  • This is a non-exempt position; Eligible for quarterly bonus
  • The base pay range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $22 - $30.80/hr.  Actual compensation is based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities.
The Operations Support position is an entry level position responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support the management team.  The ideal candidate must be approachable; willing to accept tasks outside of their day-to-day assignments to support the team; possess problem solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize their work and multi-tasking.

May be responsible for any of the following:
  • Communicate with vendors regarding orders.
  • Create purchase orders in ERP software.
  • Resolve purchase order and invoice issues.
  • Provides administrative support to various departments, including tracking deadlines, completion of assignments, making copies, calling for service repairs, etc.
  • Prepare daily production reports to include production rate, process reliability, run time efficiency, and document down time from the prior day.
  • Responsible for purchasing, reconciling, and maintaining all supplies and materials for the facility to include office supplies, sundries, safety equipment, maintenance parts, and general supplies.
  • Maintain inventory records of all equipment, supplies, and materials for the maintenance department.
  • Keep employee cafeteria stocked and clean
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist Maintenance Manager in preparing team schedule, tracking PMs, and tracking MAFs (work orders). 
Requirements
  • High School / GED Required.
  • 18 years of age or older.
  • 1 to 3 years administrative experience required.
  • Must be willing to follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP type software.
  • Analytical, strong attention to detail, and strong organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently including using diplomacy, confidentiality, and discretion.
  • Ability to effectively multi-task, solve problems, and handle stressful situations.
  • Effective communication skills (face-to-face, telephone, and written).
  • Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate both internally and externally.
  • Able to lift objects up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
  • Able to sit and perform repetitive motions approximately 90% of the time.
